Update**I love the new update,there is a activity that shows and says the alphabet then in the background there are faded pictures of objects that start with that letter that your child has to click and it comes to color.My son loves finding the different objects.I have a 3 year old daughter who is now old enough to use this app also and she loves it.She is learning the alphabet and has fun tracing the letters!i would still recommend this app to friends and family. My son is 4 and learning his letters and tracing them.He likes tracing the letters and collecting the bugs.The letters turn yellow or red as the child traces along.There is positive reinforcement when they do not get it right which I love so my son does not get frustrated with the app.My son also like the activities,it shows the letter character of what the characters name starts with then it has other things with the same letter uncolored in the background for child to find.so far he loves it and is having fun while learning.I am very happy he found something he loves and enjoys plus learning at the same time.I would definietly recommend this app to family and friends.

All of the games are fun, especially the number tracing one.

I’ve let my 4 year old niece play on this app and she really loved it. These fun and educational games kept her laughing and learning for hours. She can now write half of the letters of the alphabet and all the numbers. The app is simple and intuitive perfect for little kids.

This game allows kids to practice writing their letters and improving handwriting skills. There are two different levels. One has dotted lines. Once they master that, they can move on to practicing without lines, so they learn to write independently. My son is three and he just loves this app. He has a much firmer grasp on his alphabet since we started using it. The newest update is really fantastic. The graphics are even better now. And I love the new money counting game. Its really helping my children learn the value of a dollar.

Its pretty useful learning app for kids. My little daughter loves this app so much. She learns how to write numbers, letters, how to count and many more. Really cool entertaining game for kids.

I have a son whos 5 years old and he means the world to me. I always try to give him the best especially when it comes to his education. I want to prepare him and encourage him that learning is fun. And this app has done a perfect job at that. My son enjoys using the app. After hours of using it, hes become quite accustomed to how to navigate it himself. And hes learned quite a lot - a few letters especially the letters C, O, R and Y since thats his name. He needs some more practice with alphabet tracing but Im sure with time, hell be much more better at it with my guidance and the apps assistance. Thank you so much, KidsAcademy. I hope you make more apps like these! And to all the parents, give this app a try for your kids. Youll be surprise at the difference this can make.

Awesome way for learning kids & maybe for all as review

Their are so many kids apps out there but this one is actually helping my kids. It helps them out so much because they dont want to put it down . Its fun and educational. Thats a tough combo to have in a game. I have a four and six year old and they both enjoy it together. Thanks for the great game and enjoy anything you put out there.

I wish I had this app when I was a kid! How fun is it to learn numbers and letters by tracing them on your phone wherever you go? As usual, the production values are through the roof with a friendly narrator and appealing graphics. The games introduce you to multiple characters to learn the alphabet like animals and vehicles. A must-have for your future genius!

**Update** I have been a fan of Kids Academy apps for some time now and this one is the current favorite. So much so that I didnt think it needed an update - what more could I ask for? But I was wrong and the additional money counting details are very welcome. Kids Academy thinks of improvements I dont even know we need! I couldnt ask for a better teaching app! Now that reading and writing is becoming even more important pre-kindergatern I have been on the hunt for educational games that will also entertain our little ones. This app is perfect! The interactive trace and speak activities help kids learn to recognize AND write their letters and numbers at the same time. So much time is saved by making this one step and kids love being rewarded with trumpets blaring, gold stars and jars of pretty fireflies. Learning can be fun!

All of my children have enjoyed Kids Academy apps over the years and the new update leaves little to desire! My five year old loves practicing tracing his letters using this app. Weve been happy to see an improvement in letter recognition and recall since we introduced the app to him.

I have a four year old who loves preschool. They make learning fun for him, and I wished I could bring that educational fun home for him. Kids Academy is the perfect app for young children. Its easy to understand and turns learning into something fun that even my son is excited to do at home.

This app had an update and it is even better! I love how this app keeps my daughters engaged. They both have so much fun playing the little games this app has to offer. I love anything that helps my kids learn! This app does just that! The best part is that it was free!

This app is very cool! My daughter loves this app. Its very entertaining, educational, fun and interactive. This app is super easy to navigate especially for little kids. I already shared this to a friend of mine who has two toddlers, and the kids are addicted to this app already. Highly recommended!

This app is great for youngsters to stay entertained-and learn at the same time-while on the go. Preschoolers can learn how to write numbers and letters, and the basic sounds of the alphabet, all with this fun app. Definitely keeps their attention, and helps them learn at the same time.

Preschool & Kindergarten Kids learning games program is designed with pre-reading and pre-writing skills in mind. The in App workbooks consist of a phonics workbook that provides a pronunciation of a word, with a cute little picture included. I do wish there were more versions and options for the different sounds each letter makes; this could be something that they might want to consider in later upgrades to this App. Also, the app has letter, shape and number tracing. The Number tracing workbook has little lightning bugs that make a teeny purr-type sound when you "collect" each one as you trace your finger across the number. The App tells you "This is the number "1", trace the number "2" and collect fireflies". I love that it identifies the number, which is especially helpful for the those little preschoolers that are still learning number recognition. The shapes are ideal for the younger preschoolers, as its important to be able to make simple shapes prior to letters and numbers, but the app also identifies them for that younger set that might not be able to identify them independently 100% of the time. There are also a few math workbooks that focus on counting by 5s and 10s, which are great skills for the K-1 grade-set. Totally love that this will grow with my little Nugget!

I love how interactive this app is and all the sound effects and little things moving around. I love the tracing part of the app as my daughter LOVES to write her name and letters. The only thing I thought could use improvement was how accurate the letter has to be when traced. Most kids will not trace it that accurately so there should be more room for error when tracing. Overall I really like this app and would recommend it to anyone I know

I love the new activites included in the package butmy favorite is the Alphabet wherein they show what each letter stands for and they give at least 3 examples with spelling and animated pictures. My daughters favorite is the tracing because she loves collecting fireflies! It really does work in making her study somemore. I like that the Parent mode allows you to turn the Background Music and Sounds on and off. It helps for when we are resting and shes still full of energy.
